Kathmandu July 12 : Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed his sorrow over the passing of Sita Dahal, the wife of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda. Indian Prime Minister Modi offered his condolences to Sita Dahal and expressed his sympathies to the Dahal family through a tweet.

Indian Prime Minister Modi has mentioned that the news of Sita Dahal’s demise has deeply saddened him. He wrote, “The news of the sad demise of Srimati Sita Dahal has deeply saddened me. I express heartfelt condolences to Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and pray for eternal peace for the departed soul.”

Prime Minister Prachanda’s wife Sita Dahal passed away on Wednesday morning at 8:33 AM while undergoing treatment at Thapathali-based Norvic Hospital in Kathamndu.
