Prime Minister Prachanda’s program to the United Nations General Assembly has approved

Kathmandu : The Cabinet meeting has approved Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda’s visit to New York.

The Cabinet meeting held this morning has approved the visit of the Nepali delegation led by Prachanda to the Permanent Mission of Nepal in connection with the proposal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Prime Minister Prachanda is heading towards the 78th United Nations General Assembly.

Prime Minister Prachanda is going to US on September 16 to participate in the 78th General Assembly of the United Nations.

He will go to the United States on September 16, and address the United Nations General Assembly on September 20. After that, he is scheduled to fly to China from New York on the evening of September 21. There will be a high-level political meeting on September 24-25.

In the same meeting of the Cabinet, a decision has been made to confer the title of Janagayak (people’s singer) to the late J.B. Tuhurel.

Furthermore, the Cabinet has approved the amendment to the Nepal Gazette (First Amendment) Regulation, 2063, as per Schedule 1, Article 116, Sub-article 1, Dharan, which includes the joint publication of Nepal Gazette and the issuance of the 7th amendment regulations of Nepal Gazette Board.

Additionally, in the proposal from the Ministry of Finance, the Cabinet meeting has also approved the decision to accept grant assistance of JPY 3,020,600,000 (Three Arab Twenty Million Six Hundred Thousand Japanese Yen) from the Government of Japan for the Dhulikhel Hospital Emergency Center and Improvement Project.”
