Kathmandu, May 14: The government will achieve the goal of Zero carbon emission by 2045.
Presenting the government policy and programme for the upcoming fiscal year of 2081/082 BS, President Ramchandra Paudel said that the Zero carbon emission goal will be achieved by 2045.
