Kathmandu, July 2: Nepali Congress has organized a photo exhibition on the occasion of the 100th birth anniversary of former NC president Girija Prasad Koirala. 

The photo exhibition named, ‘From revolution to peace,’ was organized at the Central Office, Sanepa, Lalitpur.

The exhibition was inaugurated by NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba. The former Prime Minister Dr Babu Ram Bhattarai also observed the photo exhibition. 

According to the Chief of the NC Publicity Department Min Bahadur Bishwakarma, the photo exhibition was graced by Prime Minister Prachanda, UML chair KP Sharma Oli along with other dignitaries. 

He said that the role of Koirala in the different eras that are from revolution to peace has been showcased in the exhibition. 

Dr Babu Ram Bhattarai, NC leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula, and CPN (UML) leader Pradeep Kumar Gyawali are scheduled to put their views on the topic ‘Revolution to Peace’.
