Kathmandu, Sept.30: The meeting of the Disaster Management Executive Committee has begun. The committee meeting started at the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA) on Monday morning.
The meeting is being held to discuss a way out of the disaster induced destruction.
In the meeting chaired by the Minister of Home Affairs Ramesh Lekhak, the damage caused by floods, landslides, and inundation of September 27 and 28 will be discussed along with a way out regarding search, rescue, relief, and reconstruction.
The meeting is being attended by the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA), and officials of the minster along with the officials of security agencies and experts of the NDRRMA.
