Arghakhanchi, April 9: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that Arghakhanchi should be defined as the land of god, knowledge and meditation since the land was the epicentre of spreading knowledge worldwide.

Addressing the inauguration ceremony of the Historic Panini Conference at Panini rural municipality of Arghakhanchi PM Oli said that there is no doubt that Saint Panini was born in Arghakhanchi.

“This is a holy place and this is the land of god. Knowledge was started from here. PM Oli said, “Father of World’s Grammer Panini was born here. Panini grammar formula has been considered as the foundation by all other grammars.”
