Kathmandu, Sept 12: Chairperson of the then Council of Ministers, Khilraj Regmi said the country has lost a sober and balanced politician with the passing away of Constituent Assembly chairperson Subash Chandra Nembang. He further said former Speaker Nembang’s coordinating capacity and his contributions to politics, law and constitutional bench will be ever-remembered. Former Chairperson Regmi said, “Nembang had influence in justice sector. He played coordinating role in political and constitutional systems of the country to promulgate the constitution”. Regmi expressed deep sorrow and extended condolences to the grief-stricken family members.
