Baglung, Dec 27: President Ram Chandra Paudel inaugurated the seventh Baglung festival today.
President Paudel reached to mark the inauguration of the seventh edition of the Baglung festival which has started from today. It is organized by the Baglung Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
