Kathmandu, Feb 21: Three members of the same family have been killed at Sitapaila, Kathmandu. 

Superintendent of Police Rabindra Regmi, Spokesperson at the Kathmandu Valley Crime Investigation Office, said that three members of the same family were killed at Sitapaila. 

The deceased have been identified as Ishwori Shrestha, aged 39, Anisha Shrestha, aged eight and a two-year-old Shiwani Shrestha. Their bodies were recovered from the rented flat where they were staying. The patriarch of the family is at large. 

Spokesperson Regmi, said, “There is a suspicion of murder as the father is absconding. Further investigation in the matter is underway.”
