Baglung, Feb 22: President Ramchandra Paudel said that the renowned Kaligandaki River has irrigated our lives and generated energy.  

President Paudel expressed confidence that the Anantashree Brhamandiya Mahayagya organized at Mount Dhaulagiri, Muktinath Area and pious Kaligandaki River leads the society towards peace, discipline and national development. 

Visiting the Anantashree Brhamandiya Mahayagya, being in Panchakot since Wednesday, on the second day, the President said, “I believe that Mahayagya which is organized at Panchakot, beautified with natural things, will make nature peaceful, enhance peace and progress in the country.”

He said that our authentic religious culture will make our society civilized and disciplined. 

Mentioning that the Mahayagya performed at the riverbank of Kaligandaki River has made us all pious, President Paudel thanked the organizers for their aim to make the society disciplined, preserve the water resources and make a place a religious destination.
