Kathmandu, Mar 7: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ said that many questions have been answered by the change in the political equation and reshuffle of cabinet.

Responding to the important issues raised in the Parliament on Thursday, PM Prachanda said that since the opinion of the government was sought on the issues from February 18 to March 1, the dismissal of the ministries has been automatically addressed with the new equation formed in the government.

The PM, said, “I am giving my perception on the new development in the politics along with the questions raised by the parliament. Many of you have received an answer to your queries, about the change in the equation in politics and reorganization of the government. With this, the subject of the minister that was said to have involvement in the Balkumari incident has become irrelevant with the reformed government.”

He clarified that the Nepali Congress has already withdrawn their vote of confidence from the government and a special address will be made by the PM to regain the vote of confidence. 

Strict regulation of Cooperatives and microfinance: PM

PM Prachanda said that micro financial instructions that act contrary to the prevailing laws and instructions given by the Nepal Ratra Bank will be investigated and brought in the scope of action. 

PM Prachanda, said, “The instructions given to refund the service fee taken more than the specified amount and deposit it in the respective borrower’s account are being implemented. A separate desk has been arranged in the microfinance instruction supervision department for hearing complaints and resolving them.”
