Kathmandu, Apr. 22: His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, is arriving in Kathmandu on a two-day State Visit to Nepal on Tuesday.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, is paying a State Visit to Nepal on 23 – 24 April 2024 at the cordial invitation of President Ramchandra Paudel.
During his stay in Nepal, His Highness Amir will meet the President and the Prime Minister. President Paudel will host a State Banquet in honour of the Amir of the State of Qatar, read the statement issued by the Ministry on Sunday.
His Highness Amir will hold bilateral talks with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ on 24 April 2024. Following the talks, both leaders will witness the signing ceremony of bilateral agreements and memorandums of understanding.
The Amir of the State of Qatar will depart from Kathmandu on April 24, said the Ministry.
