25 December, Kathmandu. Relations between KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda, who separated with the dissolution of the House of Representatives on 5 December 2077, were not good for about 2 years. Both of them bitterly criticized each other in Parliament or in public forums.

But with the election of the House of Representatives, the closeness of both the leaders is increasing, which both have not hidden.

The two top leaders also not only sat together during the tea ceremony after the swearing-in of members of the House of Representatives on Thursday ahed unified today at oli’s residence ballot.

It is natural for former Prime Ministers to sit together and have a normal conversation in such programs. But the leaders say that it can also be linked to the current political situation.finally today captilized.

He said, ‘Discussions are being held with everyone to form the government. You saw talks with KPG yesterday at Sheetal Niwas and today at Parliament’, says a Maoist official.

In the meeting of party officials held after the swearing-in, Prachanda himself had said that he is in talks with the UML along with the Congress. His briefing was that UML leaders have offered cooperation, but an agreement is likely to be reached within the alliance.

A Maoist official said that the UML had decided to take a special initiative on last Thursday’s meeting.

According to a UML official, in the party secretariat meeting, President Oli indicated that he may leave the alliance and cooperate with Prachanda. Oli said that talks are going on with all the parties including Congress, Maoists and others. If there is a rift in the alliance, we will decide how to proceed. It is necessary to speed up the dialogue.

UML leaders are in a mood to hold decisive talks with Maoist chief Prachanda and Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba after being positive about forming a government under their leadership. “The Congress has run the government, now we have to get the leadership,” says a Maoist official.

Immediately after the officers’ meeting, Prachanda held a parliamentary party meeting, and was unanimously elected as the leader of the parliamentary party. Soon after, he went to Baluwatar to meet Congress President Deuba, who is also the Prime Minister. Samyukta Samajwadi Party President Madhav Kumar Nepal and other leaders also participated in the discussion between the two leaders.

As a continuation of that meeting, the meeting between Deuba and Prachanda on Sunday failed. Before the election, Deuba promised Prachanda that he would be the prime minister after the election, Deuba backed away from his promise and the ruling coalition failed .

Immediately after the failure of the existing ruling coalition, Oli Niwas Balkot held a discussion between the UML-Maoist and RSP as a special celebration. The left-led coalition will support Prachanda as the prime minister and make a claim before the president.
