Kathmandu. The Indian counterpart has congratulated the newly appointed Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted on Sunday evening and congratulated Maoist leader Prachanda for becoming the Prime Minister.

He said that there is a cultural and people-to-people relationship between Nepal and India, “We want to work together to further strengthen this friendly relationship.”
