61 people died in a domestic plane crash in Brazil

Kathmandu. A plane carrying 61 people has crashed in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Everyone on board the aircraft died in the crash. The plane landed in a residential building in the city of Venedo.

The airline, which operates domestic flights, said the cause of the crash was not yet known. The accident occurred on Friday. The ATR-72 was carrying 58 passengers and three crew members. Brazil’s President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has called for a minute’s silence to tribute the dead at an event he attended.
